Return Policy
Surf Shooter Hawaii wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, however, you should need to return an item (*see Exceptions), you may return regular priced merchandise within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, minus the shipping charges.
*We do not refund sale items or shipping charges. There will be a $5 restocking for each product returned.
Exceptions: We do not accept returns on accessories and items that have been used, worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way.
Sale Items: ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. NO RETURN OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS.
Damaged/ Defective Goods: At Surf Shooter Hawaii, we are committed to selling only first-quality clothing manufactured in the Hawaiian islands. We employ several quality checks before an item is shipped. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please notify us by email within 3 days of receiving the order, at terry@surfshooterhawaii.com to be eligible for a refund.
Return Procedures:
1. Obtain Return Authorization
* A Return Authorization Number must be obtained BEFORE returning any items. No refunds or credits will be given on items returned without first obtaining a Return Authorization Number.
* Your request for a Return Authorization Number must be received as soon as possible so your return will reach us within 14 days from the original delivery date.
* To obtain return authorization please email terry@surfshooterhawaii.com
* You will receive an E-mail reply indicating your Return Authorization Number within 24-48 hours if your return request is approved.
* All requests for Return Authorization Numbers must be made online. No authorization numbers are available via telephone, fax or mail.
2. Ship Authorized Returns
* Return packages must be postmarked no later than 14 days from date of original delivery.
* Customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Federal Express that allows you to track your package. If you send a return COD, it will not be accepted.
* Return shipping address will be included on the Return Authorization confirmation memo.
* Claims for packages lost or damaged in transit must be made by the shipper.
* Please include a copy of your Return Authorization inside the package and make sure the RA# is written clearly on the outside of the package.
Privacy Policy Statement
We are highly sensitive to the privacy interests of consumers and believe that the protection of those interests is one of its most significant responsibilities. In acknowledgment of its obligations, we have adopted the following Privacy Policy applicable to information about consumers that it acquires in the course of its business:
1. Acquisition of Information. We do not acquire any more information about consumers than is required by law or is otherwise necessary to provide a high level of service efficiently and securely.
2. Our Employees and Privacy. We train all of our employees about the importance of privacy. We give access to information about consumers only to those employees who require it to perform their jobs.
3. Security Measures. We make access to privacy-sensitive information subject to rigorous procedural and technological controls, consistent with legal requirements and the demands of customer service.
4. Disclosure to Third Parties. We will provide individually-identifiable information about consumers to third parties only if we are compelled to do so by order of a duly-empowered governmental authority, we have the express permission of the consumer, or it is necessary to process transactions and provide our services.
5. Privacy and Our Business Partners. When we make our technology or services available to business partners, we will not share with them any more consumer information than is necessary, and we will make every reasonable effort to assure, by contract or otherwise, that they use our technology and services in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy.
